Cohoon (Ret.) until his death in the summer of 2006. In creating that site, Tom gave this as his purpose and intent:
"While this Web Site was established by the men of the U.S. 88th Infantry Division, Trieste United States Troops (TRUST), and British Element Trieste Force (BETFOR) who stood shoulder to shoulder against another aggressor in another time and place, all Old Soldiers are welcome here to share memories or to look up an old comrade. ..."
Our re-creation of Tom's work is found at The Old Soldiers' Home. Some browsers will allow this to be accessed by just entering oldsoho in the address field. A replacement for the original Guest Book is now found at The Old Soldiers' Home Guest Book II. There is also an OldSoHo Photo Album for your direct use. (Pictures MUST be in one of the .JPG, or .PNG formats, and are previewed by the webmaster before publicly release.) Other interconnected online domains by your webmaster include the Military History Network and the 34th Infantry Division Association.
